We understand that sometimes a product or service just doesn't fit perfectly. This is why we offer the protection and security of a 100% money-back return policy for a full 14 days on selected products and services where a money-back guarantee is indicated on the actual sales page of that particular offer.
When you buy one of our online digital products or online membership programs you have a full 14 days to request a refund — no hassles, no questions asked — as long as you have had no private coaching with us at DropshipXL. The 14 days starts from the day you purchased the product.
Any physical materials you might have received — such as physical books, DVDs, or CDs — need to be returned to us before your refund can be processed.
Digital products you've downloaded cannot be "returned." We trust you not to re-sell or re-distribute those files. Receiving a refund while continuing to use a purchased product may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights laws.
Due to the nature of our private coaching and mentoring services, we do not offer refunds of any kind except in cases of extreme personal physical emergency — such as death or disability rendering you physically unable to meet your coaching commitments. If a refund is approved under these circumstances, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied.
If you receive free coaching or mentoring sessions as part of a DropshipXL membership and you hold one or more of these live sessions with us, your refund rights will also be null and void. We do not offer refunds once a live coaching session has taken place, except for the extreme circumstances described above.
All coaching sessions promised to you but not yet used or scheduled will expire 6 months from the date you placed your coaching order. You have 5 months to use all of your sessions. After that time all sessions are null and void.
Simply email your refund request to info@dropshipxl.com. Please include the words "Refund Request" in the subject line to help us get to it quickly.
If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, that means we did not receive your email. It is then your responsibility to send another email and/or call us directly at 801-709-1655. If these steps are not taken, a refund will not be processed.
Refunded funds may take up to 7 days to post back to your credit/debit card or payment source.
It would be very helpful if you'd also tell us why you're requesting a refund. This is not required and we won't use it to sell you something else — but we take feedback seriously and it genuinely helps us improve.

We make every reasonable effort to resolve payment concerns directly, fairly, and in good faith. By enrolling in or purchasing any DropshipXL product, service, program, coaching, mentoring, membership, or subscription, you accept full responsibility for the payment commitment you voluntarily make to us. In return, we commit to providing the services, access, support, and value described in the offer you purchased.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, coaching and mentoring services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. We do not require long-term time-based contracts for ongoing mentoring arrangements.
You may cancel a recurring coaching or mentoring subscription at any time. However, to avoid your next renewal charge, you must notify us of your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date via email at support@dropshipxl.com or by phone at 801-709-1655.
If you do not clearly notify us that you wish to cancel, your subscription or recurring service will continue according to the billing terms you originally agreed to. DropshipXL is not responsible for assuming cancellation based on silence, non-use, lack of participation, missed sessions, or any uncommunicated intention to stop service.
We strongly encourage all clients to contact us directly before initiating any dispute with their bank or credit card provider. If you have a billing concern, service concern, or disagreement of any kind, you agree to first contact DropshipXL and give us a reasonable opportunity to review the matter and respond.
If you initiate a chargeback for a payment that was properly authorized, validly processed, or charged in accordance with the terms you agreed to, DropshipXL is under no obligation to issue a refund for that disputed charge. This includes situations in which you failed to cancel your recurring subscription per this policy, you received access to mentoring, coaching, programs, calls, support, digital materials, or other purchased benefits, or you participated in or had the opportunity to participate in paid services already made available to you.
If a chargeback is filed, DropshipXL reserves the full right to dispute it and submit supporting evidence including proof of purchase, billing authorization, payment history, written communications, call records, service records, session history, access logs, product delivery records, and any other relevant documentation showing the charge was valid.
If a chargeback dispute is resolved in favor of DropshipXL, you will not receive a refund for the disputed charge. However, any coaching, mentoring, sessions, access, support, or benefits that were properly paid for and made available to you prior to the dispute may remain credited to your account, at our discretion.
By signing up for coaching or mentoring with DropshipXL, you acknowledge that the relationship is intended to be built on mutual commitment, personal responsibility, and professional good faith. You commit to taking responsibility for your participation, communication, decisions, and follow-through. We commit to giving our best effort, guidance, support, and expertise to help you work toward your business and personal goals.
Any coaching or mentoring time, sessions, credits, or access that have been properly paid for and not reversed through a chargeback will remain available for your use for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing. Any unused time or benefits not used within that period may be forfeited.
If you file a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim against DropshipXL, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to any and all current or future products, services, memberships, programs, coaching, mentoring, calls, course materials, communities, support channels, and related benefits — especially where a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us.
Unless the chargeback is fully reversed and resolved to our satisfaction, DropshipXL reserves the right to permanently refuse future service, enrollment, access, or purchases from any client who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute.
DropshipXL reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in connection with fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals.
